Initial Strategy Meeting
The first meeting with Sam will be an in-depth analysis of where you are and where you want to be. From that we'll look at how to help you best, what strategies to implement to help you grow your own property portfolio. HMOs, flips, MUFBs, Sam can help you with all of these strategies and many more!
Whether you're starting from scratch, or have millions of pounds in the bank, we'll look at what works best for you to get you to where you want to be. You'll gain access to Sam's 'power team' to help explode your growth.
Moving Forwards
Following the initial meeting, you'll meet with Sam twice a month either in-person in our Bristol office or via zoom. Sam will also be available to you outside of these meetings for phone calls/text messages along the way. Sometimes you need someone to bounce ideas off, quickly check Sam's thoughts on a deal that's just popped up, this is all included in the monthly 1-2-1 programme.
